Reputation Roofing was founded in February 2024 with a clear mission: to provide local homeowners with reliable roofing solutions built on quality, integrity, and trust.
After years of experience in the industry, founder Anali Vieyra recognized the need for a company that not only delivered excellent craftsmanship, but also treated customers with honesty and respect. From day one, Reputation Roofing has been committed to using top-grade materials, skilled labor, and a customer-first approach.

Anali
Anali Vieyra began her journey in roofing by managing a friend’s company for six years, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of the trade. As the only local female in the industry, she faced challenges that tested her resilience and determination.
Motivated to break barriers, Anali studied diligently, passed the rigorous licensing exams, and founded Reputation Roofing in February 2024. Today, she is living her dream—leading a trusted local roofing company with integrity and expertise.
Outside of work, Anali is a proud mother of four young boys, serves as the PTA president at her children’s elementary school, and enjoys genealogy, lifelong learning, and being actively involved in her kids’ lives.
OWNER - LICENSED ROOFER
Pablo
Pablo Vieyra brings valuable experience in project management and is OSHA certified, ensuring safety and efficiency are always top priorities.
Known for his sharp organizational skills and no-nonsense approach, he makes sure work gets done right the first time.
Outside of roofing, Pablo enjoys golfing, riding ATVs, and spending time with his four sons. As Anali’s husband and right-hand man, he plays an essential role in both family life and the success of Reputation Roofing.

Katie
Katie Carr was born and raised in Sebastian, where she still calls home alongside her three beautiful children. With a natural gift for connecting with people, Katie thrives in sales by offering a friendly, genuine approach to every interaction.
She takes pride in helping customers feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout the process. Katie is passionate about building lasting relationships and always goes the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.
Away from work, she enjoys fishing, staying active in her community, and spending quality time with her family.

Silvino
With nearly a decade of roofing experience, Silvino Ramos has earned a reputation as the team’s “leak detective.” His unique skill lies in carefully tracing water damage to its source and delivering lasting solutions.
In his current role at Reputation Roofing, Silvino leads by example, tackling even the toughest roofing challenges with precision and care.
Originally from Mexico, Silvino has lived in Florida for almost twenty years and shares his life with his wife and stepson. He enjoys socializing, sharing meals, and spending time with family.

Estefani
Estefani Infante built her career in the medical field, working in ophthalmology as a front desk manager, where she honed her skills in organization, communication, and customer service.
Ready for a new challenge, she transitioned to Reputation Roofing, where she excels at building strong relationships with clients and navigating communications with homeowners and insurance companies.
Born in Mexico City and raised in Indian River County, Estefani now lives with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, trips to the library with her girls, and fun outings to Target and Starbucks, cherishing the time she spends with her family.
